Matcha Marble Cake

Ingredients


- 3 Eggs

- 1 Cup milk

- 1/2 Cup vegetable oil

- 1 Vanilla pudding approx 4oz

- 2 Cups sugar

- 3 Cups flour

- 1 Tbsp baking powder

- 5 Tbsp Matcha powder


Instructions


- With a hand mixer, mix the oil, eggs, milk and vanilla pudding until well blended. Then add flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix on high for 2 minutes.

- Add almost all of the mixture to a Loaf pan lined with parchment paper, leave approx 1 cup of the mixture in the bowl.

- Add Matcha into the remaining mixture in the bowl and mix for 1 minute on low.

- With a spoon, place the Matcha mixture on top of the mixture in the pan. Gently blend the 2 colors until it has a marble look.

- Preheat oven to 350F and bake for 45 minutes.

- To test if cake is done insert a toothpick in the center. If toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready!
